When does Common Futures open?
Our first house, in Riyadh, is set to open in 2027. Join the list and you'll be among the first to hear when membership opens.
Where is it?
In the heart of KAFD — the King Abdullah Financial District — in Riyadh, with spaces designed by Carl Gerges Architects.
What does membership include?
One key opens the whole house: the restaurant and bar, the longevity hub and studio, the auditorium, the terrace and gardens, and a year-round programme of over 300 events.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Members can bring guests to share the table and the calendar. Specific guest allowances will be confirmed closer to opening.
Is the membership only for Riyadh?
Common Futures is conceived as an international network. Riyadh is the first house — your key is intended to travel with you wherever we open next.
How do I apply?
